Petit aperçu de ce qu'on prépare para la saison prochaine ! On a marié notre dentelle Leavers traditionnelle du Nord (ce relief 3D unique que les métiers modernes n'arrivent toujours pas à égaler) avec du lin 100 % European Flax, entièrement traçable de la ferme au tissu. Le tout répond évidemment aux exigences du nouveau Passeport Numérique des Produits de l'UE. Dis-moi si tu veux que je t'envoie un petit nuancier au bureau !

Haha, é mesmo uma dor de cabeça gigante! 😅
Não adiantar de nada a fábrica ter o GRS no papel se na hora do lote não solta o TC (Transaction Certificate) pra rastrear... Sem falar no OEKO-TEX® caducado ou com a especificação da linha e do tinto totalmente diferente do tecido real. No fim, a marca trava o lote inteiro e recusa tudo. Passar por isso é passar raiva pura!

Agradecería que me informara sobre los siguientes puntos:
1. ¿La tela cuenta con certificación GRS (Global Recycled Standard) y emisión de certificado de transacción (TC)?
2. ¿Cuál es su cantidad mínima de pedido (MOQ) para producción al por mayor y para pruebas de muestreo?
3. ¿Tienen muestras o carta de colores disponibles para envío?

There are three main types that we commonly see
① Rubbing cat whiskers with hands
Use sandpaper to manually polish bit by bit, relying on the master's experience to control the depth. The sandpaper and strength used may vary depending on the fabric.
② 3D cat whisker M1
By using resin, pleating and other techniques, cat whiskers can form more distinct three-dimensional patterns, resulting in a stronger sense of layering.
③ Laser cat whiskers
By using laser to simulate the whitening effect, the depth and position of the patterns can be more accurately controlled, making it more suitable for mass production.
So, cat whiskers are not just a decorative detail.
It will directly affect the vintage, layering, and overall texture of a pair of jeans
