Founder of Valmore, a menswear brand based in Malaysia. Currently focused on developing fabrics for men’s sports jackets and casual blazers designed for hot and humid climates. I am looking for reliable textile mills that can support custom fabric development, sampling, testing and future commercial production. My current development focus includes TENCEL™ Lyocell, nylon and LYCRA® T400® blends, woven constructions, yarn engineering, fabric performance and sourcing suitable mills for long-term cooperation.

We are currently developing men’s sports jacket (casual blazer) for hot and humid climates and are looking for a textile mill capable of custom-developing the following woven fabric:
Required specification:
- 80% TENCEL™️ Lyocell A100
- 10% Nylon
- 10% LYCRA®️ T400®️ elastomultiester
- Open-set 2/1 twill
- Finished weight: 178–180 GSM
- Compact-siro two-ply yarn construction
Each element of this specification is intentional. We are looking to develop this specification rather than substitute it with a different blend or general equivalent.
Could you also advise on:
- Development/sample MOQ
- Production MOQ
- Sample yardage availability
- Development/sample charges
- Indicative price per metre
- Development and production lead time
- Shipping to Malaysia
Valmore is currently in the fabric development and sampling phase, with the intention of progressing into commercial production following successful development and testing. We are looking for a reliable mill that can support both development and future production. Thank you.
