Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Textile Alliance handles information when you use the professional textile, fabric and apparel network. We collect only what is reasonably needed to operate the platform, protect users, provide requested features and meet legal or security obligations.

Depending on how you use Textile Alliance, we may process account details, email-verification records, professional profile information, company and employment information, public posts and replies, company documents submitted for verification, reports and moderation records, private messages, AI-translation requests and usage records, payment-reference information and uploaded payment proof, cookies or session data, and technical security logs.
2. Public and private information
Public profile, company, product and community information may be visible to other users and search engines when the page is public. Private email, phone numbers, identity or employment evidence, original verification documents, payment proof and private messages are not made public merely because they were submitted to Textile Alliance.
3. Verification documents
Verification confirms only that specified information or documents were reviewed. It is not a guarantee of product quality, payment, delivery, transaction performance or commercial reliability. Original verification files are restricted to authorized review. When a certificate is made viewable publicly, Textile Alliance serves a watermarked verification copy rather than the original file.
4. Private messages and moderation
Private messages are intended for the participants. Platform administrators should access message content only when reasonably necessary for a report, safety, abuse, legal or compliance process, or when you contact the administrator directly.
5. AI features and translation
AI translation is user initiated. Cached translations are reused when available. Content submitted for a new AI translation may be sent through the platform’s configured AI workflow and service providers for processing. Textile Alliance records operational data needed for quotas, deduplication, troubleshooting, security and usage accounting.
6. Paid services and payment proof
For paid AI access, advertising or other paid services, users contact the platform administrator for payment instructions. Textile Alliance may store an order reference, transaction reference, user note and payment proof so an administrator can manually verify payment and activate the requested service. Bank-card credentials are not collected by Textile Alliance through these manual proof forms.
7. Cookies, sessions and logs
The platform uses essential session and preference data for login, security, language selection and core functionality. Technical logs may record events such as login attempts, errors, security events and administrative actions.
8. Retention and security
We aim to retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the feature, audit, safety, dispute, legal or security purpose involved. Sensitive originals are separated from public copies where the platform supports that distinction. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and requests
Where supported by the platform and applicable law, you can manage public profile fields, request account or data deletion, request a copy or export of relevant account data, and contact the administrator about privacy, verification or retained information. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, moderation, legal or audit purposes.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the platform changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page. For privacy questions or requests, use the platform’s Contact Admin channel.
