Technical Specifications & Requirements:
Fabric Type: High-Gauge High-Density 4-Way Stretch Knit (Warp Knit / Circular Knit).
Composition: 75–85% Polyamide (Nylon) / 15–25% Spandex (Elastane) — Creora® or Lycra® preferred.
Weight: 220 – 280 GSM.
Key Performance Indicators:
Zero Bagging / High Recovery: High modulus & compression power with excellent dimensional stability after repeated stretching.
Hand-feel: Ultra-soft, second-skin feel, matte finish, opaque (Zero See-Through / Squat-Proof).
Protective Finishes: UPF 50+ UV protection, Moisture-Wicking, Anti-Chlorine / Saltwater resistance (for swimwear crossovers).
